Wanted to do work on my home laptop, Asus UX461U laptop and suddenly I get two bitlocker recovery screens which I have no idea why it triggered in the first place.

Any ideas why it happened? how to solve this problem? I don't mind formatting the laptop as everything is on the onedrive including desktop. How do I format from this setting.

Thing to try is to hold down power button until pc turns off completely and switch on again and this often sorts issue.

Your screen tells you what to do under "Here's how to find your key".
