Solved Unable to get News App to remember to open full screen

I can not get the news app to open full screen after closing and re opening. It always opens in a minimized state. I've tried dragging the corners as well as all the normal stuff like double clicking the header line.

Once displaying as full screen it will not remember the setting.

The similar 'Money' app works correctly.

I might have found a fix. Having found and tried a 'Reset' it now seems to remember the setting OK.

I'll keep a watch how it behaves over a few shut downs and restarts and so on.
