Soon after I built my PC, I am getting random errors while using Win 11. When I hit restart, I get a BSOD with a Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap message. Upon startup, PC works fine for a while and then tha random errors start again. I have run OCCT.exe and tested memory as well as CPU and both are fine. I have reinstalled Intel video drivers and still the problem persists. I don't know how to interpret a minidump file so I am totally frustrated. Also, I don't know how to upload the V2 log file that I uploaded to Google Drive. Please Help!!!

BTW, while trying other options to try to find the culprit, I managed to totally screw up my system (it wouldn't start), so I had to reinstall Windows and lost all my programs. Will the above log file still be of use or should I run it again?
Thanks for your help!

I don't know what you are refering to. I migrated from a legitimate Windows 10 installation to the current Windows 11 when I built this PC a few months ago.

In fact, I have enlisted Microsoft's support for this issue. On two separate ocasions, Microsoft technicians took over my computer remotely to try to diagnose the issue. I seriously doubt they would have provided me with technical support if I had a pirated version of Windows.
And I just remembered that the reinstallation of Windows 11 today was carried out by Microsoft from the cloud. Would Microsoft download and activate a pirate copy?

Any chance of getting help on my BSOD issue? I reinstalled Windows and the rest of my programs and I am still having the same issue!

I feel you deserve further explanation why no one has helped you. It is against forum rules to get involved when piracy is indicated. @z3r010 owns this site. I believe he is referring to your log which indicates the following is installed. If I am not correct in this, he can correct me.

KMS_VL_ALL_AIO 1.0.0 KMS_VL_ALL_AIO 20230419

KMS VL ALL is a batch aggregator of scripts to automatically activate supported Windows and Office products using a local KMS server emulator or outside server. Such activations are illegal.

I'm not sure why this appears on my system, but I have had other people use it to try to fix the problem. That said I did notice that when trying to recover my windows 11 key in case I needed it to reinstall Windows, I found 2 different keys. Now I'm not sure which is the legitimate one. How do I remove the pirate software and how do I determine which is the legitimate key?

In an OEM machine, when windows is installed by the user, it looks at information in the bios from the OEM to see what version(Home or Pro) the machine has an underlying license for. When that version of Windows 10 or 11 is installed, the machine is assigned a digital license tied to its hardware. This license is stored on MS servers. With an OEM machine, there is no physical license key.

However, in your case, you built your own machine. In doing so you would have needed to purchase a retail license for whatever version of windows you installed. This purchase would have included a genuine retail license key. It is this key that would have been used to active windows on MS servers.

Where did you purchase your Windows license when you built your machine?

From all appearances, either Windows (or Office or both) was illegally licensed using KMS. Only you know the correct answer to that.

There are mixed messages and methods across the web about how to uninstall all traces of KMS_VL_ALL_AIO 1.0.0 KMS_VL_ALL_AIO 20230419.
You can try Revo Uninstaller Free. Revo Uninstaller Free

Some have reported Iobit Uninstaller Free finds it. Download IObit Uninstaller 13 Free - 100% Free Uninstall Programs & Plugins

Whichever one you use be sure to scan for and remove all leftover items.
I will say that some reported having to reinstall Windows before they were able to get rid of KMS.

I've had Windows installed in self buit machines since I can remember. When transitioning to Windows 11, I signed in to microsoft.com and upgraded my existing Windows 10 license. I really don't recall if microsoft provided a key or they automatically activated Windows 11, since this was several months ago. I really don't want to have to reinstall Windows 11 and all my programs agaian. I put this off for months looking for a way to solve the BSOD issue without having to reinstall everything. Once it crashed, I had no choice. But doing it again with no assurance that I can solve the underlying issue is a really hard call. Thanks for your help. BTW, you mention thet with a pirate installation there is no license key. I ran a keyfinder and found 2 different keys on my system. How do you explain that? I have to assume that at least one of them is my legitimate key!

This is the first time you indicated you built the machine with Windows 10 and then upgraded to 11. Even so, when you built the machine you would have had to purchase that valid windows 10 license. And you are correct. An underlying valid 10 license allows a clear path to upgrade to 11 and transparently activates it with a digital license without any intervention from you..

Once again I ask, Where did you purchase your original license. Was it a retail or digital purchase? Either way, you would have received a license key. If it was a retail purchase, it would have been included in the box. If you purchased a digital license on the internet, the license key would have been included in an email you received from the seller.

I really don't remember. I think I had probably been updating since Windows 7. And I didn't build the current machine with Windows 10, I had Windows 10 on my previous machine and transitioned to Windows 11 when I built this one.

That would have triggered a manual reactivation as MS detects it being a different machine. The only suggestion I have is to use activation troubleshooter to see if it's of any help. Activation will probably bomb with the presence of KMS as well as the fact Microsoft no longer honors 7 or 8 keys in activating 10 or 11. As was mentioned, you will have to remove all cracks before folks like zbook who are experienced in reading logfiles can advice what to do about your bsod issues or you can deal with activation..
