I tried the Option 3 Disable_Sign-in_Screen_Background_Image_For_All_Users.reg file in Shawn' tutorial but it didn't work. The image still appears at the sign-in screen.

I think I have misled people and I misunderstood what the reg file did. Here is what I really want: -

When I switch on the device I want to see the picture on the right but what I see is the image on the left but with no user sign-in showing. The blue image covers the whole screen and I have to click on it to reveal the user sign-in screen. I don't want it to show at switch on.

Can anyone help with this?

Just to confirm, the "lock screen" is the first screen you see that you have to dismiss before you see the "sign-in screen".

You can use an available option in the tutorial below to disable and remove seeing the lock screen to only see the sign-in screen.
