updates : msu or psf to cab

Hi, actually in the past I used to unpack msu updates files for windows 10, and apply CAB files offline with Dism (because of special needs). Now I see I can't do the same with windows 11. I unpacked a msu update for windows 11, got files, a big psf file, small CAB files (deployment/agreggatedmetadata) and also a file with a name like the psf file, but in wim format, not cab. So I can't use psfextractor (no cab with same name as psf name) to get a proper CAB to apply with DISM offline. Any way to deal with this please? Thank you!!!

You don’t need the cab. You can apply the .msu files with DISM also.

pseyour, thank you. You mean, offline I can apply a msu also? What about also updates made of 2 msu files? I'm completely lost. CAB was soooo easy. thanks
