User Folders shows 2 Additonal Folders? Safe to Remove or Should I leave Alone

User folders show 2 Additonal Foldes--One Named TEMP, and other one named TEMP.GAMER24 (Machine Name) All i did recently was restore a Macrium System image to solve Networking issue i had, it restored fine, and everything appears to function as normal like before dummy me tried to mess with Network share permissions and folder Permissions back then.

Open The folders and it has AppData, Microsoft, Windows, SFAP (no files in any of the folders)
same for TEMP.GAMER24, leads to the last Same Folder SFAP


Network access fine
Printer working
Games working fine
No Crashes to report

Also wanna uninstall 2 Games during this cleanup process--Police Officer Simulator: Patrol, and GTA V Enhanced--what is the cleanest safest way to do that?

Decided not to ask Co-Pilot this time and instead ask here

When you can't logon because Windows detects an inconsistency with your user profile (in the registry), it creates a TEMP user for you. So you can at least logon and do something.

If the problem persists, it can create a second user TEMP.[hostname] so it doesn't overwrite the first TEMP user.

I'm not sure the nature of the problem of why Windows would decide it needed to create both temp accounts. I presume your primary user account works and is OK? If that's true, then you don't need TEMP or TEMP.GAMER24 user accounts.

Primary account is functioning fine, only had issue signing in 1 time as RGB Software wasn't loaded yet and Keyboard keys were super dark even with the Light on lol, and my local Admin account is functioning fine also.

Primary account is Standard User with MS Account, and all seems fine on each login since that issue that one time

If they're listed under Accounts in the Settings App, OK to remove them.

Not Listed Under Accounts in Settings app, i checked that first thing i did eariler. Only See Main Standard user account, and Local Admin Account in there
