UWT 5.2 GUI cutoff

Hey everyone. I just downloaded and installed UWT 5.2 and I cant expand the window to show the buttons at the bottom.
I'm assuming they are to apply changes but I'm unavle to see what they say.
I've attached a photo. Please advise. Thank you.

Yes. And I deleted it. Restarted. Downloaded again and restarted and still the buttons are cutoff.

Click properties
Click on Change high DPI settings
