Very weird one today - cannot mount .ISO or open ANY .reg files from Explorer

Understood. Clearly it has been this way for a while - but not here.

I must have turned something back "on" inadvertently. Because this while unblock thing is all new - like today.

If something was moved or permissions changed, it could have triggered the unblock.
