Simple batch file content to turn on recent features using vivetool.
Tested in Dev & Beta (26200.5581 & 26120.3950) with systems set as US as country of use.
Use at your own risks.
A reboot of your system is a must afterwards.

Here are the commands to enable the 25H2 features in Windows 11. If you've used Vivetool before, do this -

vivetool /fullreset

To enable the new Start Menu, enter this -

vivetool /enable /id:57048231,47205210,56328729,48433719

To enable the new battery widget in the tray -

vivetool /enable /id:48433719,48822452

Finally, to enable the new dark mode enhancements -

vivetool /enable /id:57857165,57994323,48433719,49453572,58383338,59270880,5920336

And you also can't get the classic ribbon UI with tabs (unless you install something like Qttabbar). StartAllBack does not do that. Here are some screenshots.

U definitely can have File Explorer without tabs, just install Windhawk.

Windhawk uses injection. So, yes, @LesFerch is correct.
