Voice Access Windows 11 and VLC Media Player

Hi,
Can I use voice access with the VLC media player or other media players?
I'm looking to play an video image file and I want to be able to rewind and forward the video by voice control.

Only if the application supports voice commands, if it does I am sure the developer site will mention it or a plugin for voice recognition.
Windows 10 supports voice control and dictation to a certain level, you can certainly open apps, create new files and choose menu options in most native Windows apps and OS functions. A decent microphone really helps.
