I buy an iPhone only because it offers a unique experience, plus video capabilities. Android is easily a much better OS due to its flexibility and versatility.

Google Pixel branded products are overpriced hardware offering very little value compared to competition. Not just that, competition in the same price category are simply superior, both in terms of hardware and software, i.e. overall experience.

The only interesting part was Android 14. They just said Pixel 8 is shipping with Android 14! I watched the entire video cause I thought they would talk about the Android 14. :woozy:
The spam call detector was interesting (auto ban/answer to spam calls).
The new camera was great, but Magic Editor (!!!... or Adobe/Microsoft/Google AI) was absolutely disgusting. There is no real photo/photography these days!! All images are fake! Nonsense...

The spam call detection feature (and spam messages, too) has been there for a while, it's just been enhanced even more now.

New camera (hardware) is upgrade a bit, using a newer ISOCELL sensor from Samsung, but that Magic Erase and Magic Edit, to me, are also not really all that important.

I like taking pictures and performing as little post-processing as possible - I want people to see what I saw when I snapped it, not what it could have looked like instead, so I'm right there with you lol.
