So before everything yes i tweaked windows, it's on my side, not an windows issues just don't find the exact issues which occurs here.
If feeds is enabled, weather widget works fully fine like default, refresh each times Web Experience Pack ping my location and refresh my taskbar weather.
if feeds is disabled, weather widget doesn't refresh once, Web Experience Pack still ping correctly my location, the widget in the pannel is updated, but the taskbar one don't want to ear anything!
Locations is fully enabled.
Taskbar animations is enabled.
At the end i just don't know/find which dependencies, services or scheduled task is only used when feeds is disabled.
