Step1: Search for Control Panel and open it.

Step 2: Select View by Category at the top right corner of the Control Panel. Then click Appearance and Personalization.

Step 3: In the following window, click Change Fonts settings > Restore default font settings.

Reboot your system.

First of all, I highly doubt that you have a 24 tb drive. You didn't per chance buy one of those cheap drives on the internet from China, did you? The ones advertised with tons of storage for an unbelievable price?

24 TB drives exist for the enterprise server space. They're big, but the drawback is the transfer rate hasn't increased so it takes forever to copy 24 TB of data around. Also makes it impossible to backup unless you have another 24 TB drive around...

OK got it. I run the same build as you do and my system>about page is different from yours. Not sure why.

Funny, the bug has been there since Windows 10 at least. This is Windows 10 22H2:

Yeah... Just checked. None of my Windows 11 Pro (24H2) machines display this line of tiles at the top of "System > About". Meanwhile my Windows 10 Pro machine does have it.

Apparently, this Windows 10 feature was removed in Windows 11, but it is visible in Windows 11 insider builds.

It's slowly rolling out to the public build. I'm not a insider.

Windows will sometimes display Chinese characters when it interprets UTF-8 data as UTF-16. Maybe the code displaying a size greater than 9.99 TB used the wrong code page. If so, there's nothing we can do; MS will have to fix it. But I suspect there are higher priority bugs right now.
