Still had it on my desk as i did my backup yesterday before Patch Tuesday, then tranferred some other files off it eariler, anyways it fell over on the desk again, is there anything i should be worrried about?

Most HDD's park their actuator arms when powered off. It's probably not fatal to the drive if the drive fell 90 degrees. A sharp impact like dropping it from a height would damage the drive more.
Yeah well i should've put it where i store it at soon as i was done with it early this morning, and wouldn't have fallen over on its side again. Its never fallen from any heights though

I seriously doubt you did any damage by tipping the drive over. I've seen that happen many times to HDD external drives, they survived all of the abuse.
You can download the manufacturer's free diagnostic software and check the drive, but I'd give it a 99% probability that it's fine.
