What option should I choose for CPU Boost Mode?

I just discovered a secret option within the Power Options menu while trying to solve a new string of Hardware Errors.

PROCESS_NAME: smss.exe

My computer rebooted first thing this morning after turning it on and again 30 mins ago while watching a movie on Plex. Wasn't even gaming btw but I was playing Silent Hill 2 for like 5 hours straight with no issues.
Anywho, I've gone a bit off track.
What option should I select to make my 5950x not so angry? When I unlocked the option it was set to Aggressive. I switched it to Enabled but it's too early to tell if that did anything.

Personally, I just choose: Balanced...

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
that setting just changes how the system brings in the CPU turbo boost
it wont cause any harm or damage as it wont change the CPU parameters
just the settings when the CPU turbo boost comes in for the system to use
i have mine set to disabled
