Not really if you are referring to my post, they are in the all apps section, though people would want the new startmenu to have their shortcuts not these bloat, I mean if they are upgrading and they are not tech savvy. They will be annoyed.

Well some people that aren't that tech savvy, teachers, or people who just needs their computer to do their tasks without interuptaion. Yes, I've done that. But each new Insider DEV build kills it and makes it necessary to run the .reg file again. The Copy to folder and Move to folder functions should never have been taken away. New Windows versions should make things easier, not create the need for jumping through hoops before formerly simple tasks can be done.
