What's with MS Win11 public feedback?

Where's the proof the feedback is read and acted upon? You see this with a lot of sites that waste huge resources with that kind of process and github where hundreds of reports sit idly for years on end. I've looked through feedback and everything has no read receipts by Microsoft techs. And everyone's time is wasted.

Well, I guess those MS techs have lots to go through. As for GitHub, most of those are individual developers.
I don't think it's a waste of time given that , you have read them. Like here, threads that have valuable information
could possibly help or even solve someones problem.

How else can they do justice to the Customer is King (aka Milk/Mint Machines) sloganeering.

As for what gets looked into, I'm sure it's their AI bots that do the decision making as to what gets passed onto their human counterparts. So, any wonder when only the cry babies get their due attention and any/all feedback worth it's salt is consigned for the BINS.

I've never had an issue resolved, addressed or replied to, through any MS support/feedback avenue..., even if I filled in the "Include your email if you'd like to hear back from us" thing!

I think it works like the buttons on the lights at pedestrian crossings. You press the button and it says, 'WAIT' so you wait. Increasingly here in the UK the button has no effect on the timing of the lights, but it gives the illusion of agency. When you give MS feedback, you feel you have got it off your chest and done some good for the community.

It would be totally Ai driven. All comments would most likely be consolidated by Ai into categories, ranked by volume (or something) and most likely sent up the chain. Specifics would be rarely read. Just my opinion.
