Why does Windows 11 frequently stop transferring off and on?

Why does Windows 11 stop transferring files from a local drive to another? This happens even if it is the only task. There doesn't seem any rhyme or reason. Could it be due to the ridiculus of data mining? What can I do to reduce if not eleminate these processes?

It is all local drives and even the same drive. It doesn't matter how I perform he command. DaD or using the icons or even the CaP method.
When having the copy/move panel open expand More details, see if there's any action there.

It would help if you explain ...
- transferring files from where to where (internal < vs > external "local" drives?)
- what type of files?
- what one of the many motions/methods (steps) are you using to transfer?
- what makes you suspect "data mining"?

And your system specs are ... ?
