Why is not showing battery charge threshold option on Lenovo Vantage in Windows 11?

Edit: Check attachment and even I have installed that driver and restarted Laptop many times.

It should as I thought it was when I was running Windows 11 on my 2017 Lenovo laptop. Did you get it (Vantage) from the Microsoft store? If not, you should. In fact, going to Lenovo's site and finding it will redirect you to the Microsoft store for download.

Lenovo would not be the first to remove that facility from new version of their power utilities.
Dell have done so. Others have told me that HP have also done so.

It all implies that there is no benefit to limiting charge despite what so many people say [but fail to produce any supporting data for].

Looking at Vantage on my Windows 10 laptop, I see I still have the option under the latest Vantage version 10.2209.2.0. That said, have you checked under Device, Power...

Odd it would be removed for Windows 11, but... 🤷‍♂️

So don't plug & unplug again & again unless you find data that justifies such a waste of your time & effort.

Obviously, the benefit is that the battery does not charge to 100%, and this may prolong its life. Doing this is frequently recommended for rechargeable batteries, smartphones have a setting to charge up to 85%, etc. I have seen this topic already discussed in these forums.

Also, when the battery reaches 90% charge, the charging indicating LED changes from orange to white, at least in my ThinkPad. This indicates that the charger may be disconnected, and points in the same direction to not charge until 100%.

To jk22: try uninstalling and reinstalling Vantage, post the problem in Lenovo forums.

And I referred to such unsubstantiated claims in my first post above.
There is no publicly-available data to indicate that charge limiting achieves anything at all.
This topic has been discussed here & in TenForums many times. No data has ever been produced to support charge limiting, there are only opinions.
If you want to you can also read, for interest only, my ditty - Battery Calibration - ElevenForum

I do not limit my charging and my four year old battery, that sits plugged in & at 100% charge for almost the whole time, remains able to achieve its Design charge capacity.

I not sure why that other person needs you to justify what you want to use. If it's important to you that's all that matters.

Anyway, are you sure you looked everywhere in the app for the setting?
