Those specs are from my virtual machine ...... my new machine is in "My Computer" ! i Want to download onto my VM not my new computer yet !! PC Health says i meet the requirements but when i tried to dwnload it said i don't meet the requirements !!

You won't have any problem to work with. It won't work in the first place based on current requirements. But who knows, those requirements might change. We'll see.
