OS
Windows 11
Win-11 home PC and Win-11 Pro notebook I can log into MS account OK.

Home PC I long into "aka.ms/myrecoverykey" so I can save/print out for record which shows 3 keys'
device name shows 2 keys for same PC named R16
device name for 3rd is "desktop-xxx" which is not name of any PC I have

Now on my notebook I loginto MS account OK but can't loginto "aka.ms/myrecoverykey" with same info I use above. I get this.
Notebook purchased NEW only for home use. Any idea what's going on?

thanks

If it's Pro you can just run the following from an elevated powershell prompt
Powershell:
(Get-BitLockerVolume -MountPoint "C").KeyProtector | Out-File -FilePath "C:\BitLockerRecoveryKey.txt"

Can also, from the UI,

Control Panel > System and Security > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Backup your recovery key

For the login problem, it sounds like you are having some kind of license restriction. Is it an enterprise Windows Pro? Does "ShowKeyPlus" show any unexpected information?

How do I runs this command "ShowKeyPlus"?

It's a Microsoft store's app by Superfly Inc.

Yeah, the information you have isn't substantially different from my own system's, which is also an OEM (Windows 11) license.

Have you tried a different browser, a fresh profile, or "incognito" mode? How about resetting the cache/cookies (or those related to Microsoft sites)? I have two Microsoft interrelated accounts, and they don't coexist peacefully in the same profile.
