Welcome to the forum. Since all in one PC uses laptop parts, I'm gonna bet it uses Modern Standby S0 sleep state as well. Would you please open a command prompt. Type
powercfg -a
Post a screenshot of it.

@tindonman Yes, that All-in-One does use S0 sleep.

Use Dell Command Update or Dell SupportAssist to make sure you have latest bios which is now 1.11.0.

The OEM does not always have the latest graphic drivers and wireless drivers from Intel. You can go to Intel site and use its Driver Support Assist tool which will install their latest Iris graphics, chipset, and wireless drivers.

Things to try if updating bios and Intel drivers do not help. Can be done in no particular order. Put it to sleep and test wake after each one.
1. Make sure your mouse and/or keyboard are set to wake computer. Device Manager>Expand Mice & other pointing devices>right click on your mouse>select properties>power management tab> check box to "allow this device to wake computer" . Expand Keyboard and do same for KB.

2. As @FreeBooter said see if problem still exists in clean boot. If it does not, some software conflict is causing the problem. The tutorial can help you weed out which one.
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 11 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts Tutorial

3. See if problem exists in safe boot. If it does not, it points to a driver issue. Boot to Safe Mode in Windows 11 Tutorial

4. Make sure you have no corrupt system files that is causing this problem. Open a command prompt as administrator and type sfc /scannow
Pay attention to the scan results to see if SFC found anything it could not repair. If it found corruption it could not fix followup with this command (note the spaces)
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Restart computer

5. Make sure you are using the balanced power plan. Control Panel>Power Options

If none of the above suggestions help - In some systems, but not all, the OEM allows one to turn off modern sleep and revert back to the S3 sleep we have always been accustomed to. Maybe you are one of the lucky ones who can use S3. Disable Modern Standby in Windows 10 and Windows 11 Tutorial

Let us know the results.
