Win11 Random Crashes, have tried MANY troubleshooting steps over months

This has been an ongoing issue for several months. I have tried all of the approaches I know to find the issue.

I have run the memory checker for days at a time. No errors.
I have tried driver verifier, with no luck at all.
I have run chkdsk, multiple times.
I have updated the BIOS and drivers.
I have totally wiped the system, and started over.

None of that has solved the problem, although some combination of these things had reduced the frequency.

Most often I have crashes while gaming. Some games more than others. Whether it's the game, or just that I happen to play that one more than another this week, is hard to say. This week, its Diablo 4. But Ive had it happen with others.

I have also had this happen randomly, while simply using a browser and checking emails or other mundane tasks.

The errors are not consistent. Sometimes its IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL, other times it's something about PAGED MEMORY.

I hope someone with better tech savvy than I can help solve it. It's over my head at this point. Here's the V2 Log File.

Thanks!

A couple of clues...

The Sparkle Intel Arc B570 is factory-overclocked.

The errors are not consistent. Sometimes its IRQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL, other times it's something about PAGED MEMORY.

Search result -

Inconsistent Blue Screen errors like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA typically indicate faulty physical RAM, unstable overclocks, or corrupted system drivers.

Open each dump in C:\Windows\Minidump with WinDbg from the Microsoft Store, run `!analyze -v`, and compare the MODULE_NAME and IMAGE_NAME lines after each crash. If each dump names a different module, set clock speeds to defaults and turn off XMP or EXPO in the BIOS. If dumps name the same driver, update the driver or roll it back to the version it was before the crashes started.

The findings are typical of incompatible or malfunctioning RAM.

Please perform the following steps:

1) The BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends International, LLC. H.F0, 4/17/2026

Upgrade the BIOS to HG2

2) Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to detect malfunctioning RAM.

The RAM can be tested all at one time or one at a time in the same DIMM.

Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool

MemTest86+ - Test RAM

3) If Memtest86+ reports pass for 8 or more passes then swap test the installed RAM with RAM on the Qualified Vendor List (QVL)

4) Reinstall

1) For all commands post images with commands and results.

2) Also post a copy and paste result into notepad.

3) Every command will then have results in a PS window and a text file (notepad).

It's most likely the "kernel level" anti-cheats since you mentioned you game. They run a ring0 and inspect EVERYTHING your cpu is doing. They usually run heuristics for their inspections. This can result in false positives. What happens when a false positive happens, well it can flag an innocent drivers functions as malicious and completely block it's access to memory. As simple as that and a crash will happen.

Windows 11 so far has been extremely stable and has never ever crashed on me. Only times it has randomly crashed was when I installed a game with these anti-cheats. It stopped crashing once they were uninstalled.
