Window Sandbox deleted all files and apps

In Windows Sandbox, all files and installed programs installed inside it are deleted every time I closed it?
Is there any way to make the all the data and apps retained inside sandbox?

That is how it works.

Windows Sandbox is designed to be fully temporary; it permanently deletes all files and installed apps upon closing. It is not possible to prevent Windows Sandbox from deleting files inside its own environment.
To keep files, you must use a full Virtual Machine (like Hyper-V or VMware) or move files to a shared folder before closing Sandbox

Retaining data and apps inside Sandbox defeats the purpose of Sandbox which provides an isolated environment for developers to "play" in without any risk to the operating system.

Gave Dell touch screen with Windows 11 to daughter and got me an OTVOC. Being a PC builder I own many desktop PCs as well. I am a father of five providing PCs, laptops, and tablets for all my family, most of which I have modified, rebuilt, or simply built from scratch. I do not own a cell phone, never have, never will.
Just to add-on to what Freebooter said, if you're going to use a full VM and keep Sandbox, you might as well use Hyper-V for the VM. You've already installed the main parts of the Hyper-V platform to support Sandbox, so you're most of the way there.
