Windows 11 Context menu items are loading slowly

The items in the Windows 11 context menu are loading slowly. The conext menu feels laggy. I tried deactivating some items but I cannot solve the problem.
It this normal? Any suggestions?

I already tried that althought it's not AMD. It's Intel Ultra 9.

Hey Stzan,
How did that begin? Is it slower the more items you have displayed?

And, the slow menu may be caused by OneDrive as well.

I already tried the performance trick.
I also disabled all the non microsoft shell extension today without any change.
I also tried disabling onedrive extension with no change.

I think this started since I updated to 24H2. The laptop is new, bought it 10/2024. Intel Ultra 9 with 32GB RAM. This is not normal.

This looks to be from slow loading app actions. Sometimes they load fast (most often not), and sometimes it takes two right clicks to load them.

After some testing I believe it's because of Kaspersky.
