Hello Everyone,
I purchase my new desktop in Aug of 2024. It is a gaming desktop. I had a problem with the gaming software and contacted the manufacturer, that suggested I reinstall Windows 11. I did, and did not install what is SignalRGB, and the device is working fine. I travel for long periods of time, and I shutdown the desktop. When I did a shutdown, it only restarted Windows 11. I was leaving shortly so during the restart, I held the power button to have it shutdown. When I returned, it powered on, no problem. It still does not shutdown properly. I researched on the internet, tried a few things, such as disabling the Fast Startup in the Power Options and few other things, and it still will not shutdown properly. I reached out the manufacturer again, and they suggest I reinstall Windows again. I don't want to do that again, it was a lot work to get the desktop working the way I like it.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if did, what was the solution. Am open to any suggestions.
