Windows 11 drains battery when laptop is shutdown - Fast Startup is disabled

I found the "advance" settings in BIOS. Here are the options in BIOS after enabling it. But again I haven't found anything regarding shutdown states or even battery states (that get changed by Dragon Centre when I limit the charging to 60% or 80%).

Since finding the advanced options, I disabled hibernation and suspended ACPI Sleep State hoping it could be related, but no changes.

EDIT: I lied. I now no longer have "sleep" option either. So only shutdown and restart, most likely from disabling ACPI Sleep State.

But... Still losing battery daily while turned off. I connected my phone to all my USB's to see if there's any power drawn and no power. Computer shutdown on airplane mode. Don't know.

Make sure that these chkdsk switches on the Windows drive overnight while sleeping.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v c:

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: y

Reboot as needed.

6) After completing chkdsk /b /v on all drives run:

Hello everyone. I have a MSI GL65 9SD laptop and my laptop loses about 5% of battery every day while the laptop is turned off, and the fast startup is disabled.
My problem is similar to this: Redirecting

The OP in that thread mentioned it could be something with the BIOS. What can I look for mine to make sure the laptop actually shuts down and not entering some sort of sleep/standby state? I disabled C state CPU in BIOS.
I found this if it helps. I implemented all the suggestions in the article today. I'll fully charge my battery tonight before I shut it down and see what happens when I start it up tomorrow. Link below.
