Windows 11 + Microsoft Account: How to manage it into an office with 10 computer?

Hi to all,

i have a question regarding the Windows 11 and Microsoft Account.

Into my office there are 10 computer and all are Windows 11 compatible and we are evaluating to upgrade them (one computer is used as test and is ok).

But the question is, i read that now microsoft want that every computer use the Microsoft Account.

But into an office and a corporate, how it's possible to manage it? Home and Pro during the install ask the microsoft account... but into an office, how is possible to manage it?

There is a method to not use microsoft account into an office enviroment?

But in conclusion, into an office with 50 or more computer... microsoft pretend that every computer use a microsoft account?!?!

If you are concerned with work computers being intermingled with personal computers in a Microsoft Account, there's no need for concern. Computers in a corporation are registered to a corporate account. Your personal Microsoft account is totally separate from your work computer's corporate account.

How I usually set up the computer to not have an account:

Where it asks for the email for the account enter [email protected].

Then for the password, enter anything (for example, I usually just do 123 or abc)

It will say there is an error and show an option to use a Local account instead.

Microsoft targets consumer type users (Home & Pro) and assumes that small offices or corporations will purchase special editions of Windows which ship without consumer grade features (ex Workstations & Enterprise or servers)

Small businesses however may profit by purchasing amounts of consumer grade editions and then workaround features they don't need.
Price difference is almost double.

So much about MS assumptions and discontent from users, it's all about cash.

Add that Microsoft accounts are also separate from each other.

BTW, you can install the OS without a Microsoft Account, and it DOES NOT require Rufus!!! Simply follow the instructions shown under step 21 of the Clean Install tutorial posted in the Tutorial forums.

Set up one computer exactly the way you want it. Create an image of it using something like Macrium Reflect. Restore the image to all the other computers in the business. You may have to provide unique product keys to reactivate some of the apps, such as MS Office.
