Windows 10
I'm running windows 10 Home, version 1803 on hp beats laptop. Processor /AMD A10-7300 Radeon R6, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G
1.90 GHZ/ 8GB RAM... When I run PC HEALTH,says processor isn't currently supported for Windows 11 but when I go to supported CPUs my processor is on list of compatible processor...can I install it or will it mess my comp up? Idk what to do, need some xpert advise.

What list of compatible processors do you refer to?

This official one, AMD Win 11 Processors doesn't include it. If you think that it's supported because of its number of cores and clock frequency, that's not enough. (It was released in 2014.)

It is possible to install 11 on unsupported systems. Some Microsoft employee has suggested that updates wouldn't be forthcoming for 11 on unsupported hardware, but so far they have reportedly received all updates. Feeling lucky?

Hello, and welcome to ElevenForum.
The A10-7300 is NOT on the compatible list...

Here is a better compatibility tool... go to this link, scroll down and download WhyNotWin11.exe, and save it to your desktop.
Just double click to run (no installation required), then post a screen shot of the results.

You can probably still get Windows 11 running, but it will take some work-arounds.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?

Also there are other factors which might result in this un-compatible indication (e.g. TPM not available, or not activated)

While there are ways to install Windows 11 on unsupported hardware, I won't recommend it if this is your main system. Also, you have a very old version of Windows 10. The most recent version is 21H2. I would consider updating your Windows 10 to 21H2.

How accessible is your drive (varies according to device design). You could swap out your old drive (keeps it intact) for a blank one and try a clean install of Win 11. There are easy steps to bypass MS hardware control-freak requirements. Always good for a test comparison installation.
