First question - are you still connected to the internet?
Second question - is this a laptop?
If you're not connected and you are on a laptop, see if you might have accidentally hit a special keystroke combination that turns of f the Wi-Fi on your laptop (a lot of laptops have them, separate from an Airplane mode).
Also, filling in your computer specs under your profile will help troubleshoot a lot more easily, so if you can, do that as well.
