Considering that Microsoft doesn't sell enterprise versions to retail consumers...Pro is really your only "legit" choice if you are following the EULA.

With that said, Enterprise is missing nothing that Pro offers for gaming, or otherwise.

IoT Enterprise is for large businesses and has more built in security for business purposes and is not for persoanl computing. There are no Gaming Advantges in either platform.

There is a hidden power plan that in theory gives more performance than the High Performance plan common in Windows 10/11 Home and Pro. This is the Ultimate Performance plan which is enabled by default in Windows 10/11 Pro for Workstation, and probably also in Enterprise versions. For CPUs with a base working frequency and a Turbo Boost (or respective AMD) frequency, such as my Intel Core-i7 with base frequency 3.5GHz and Turbo Boost 3.9GHz, Ultimate Performance plan forces the CPU to operate always in the Turbo Boost frequency to maximize performance. Also it makes sure the system never sleeps, it is always on and available to minimize waking time. This power plan is also available in Windows 10/11 Home and Pro but hidden. You can enable it by running PowerShell as Administrator and executing this code:

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

After the power plan is enabled, just select it to take effect. No need to install any version higher than Windows 10/11 Pro.
