At present, that is UN-fixable.
BUT... you can use TranslucentTB to make your taskbar... clear, if you want. :)

Well I don't speak Russian, but if I run that video at full screen... it looks like he has the Taskbar on.. "medium".
I do know this problem only occurs on the smallest Taskbar setting, as mentioned in this tutorial...

On medium, the clock and date are normal.
