Windows 11 Upgrade

Hello Community,
I have problem while trying to upgrade win 10 to win 11,
Says (0x80070005- 0x2000D), The installation failed in the Safe_OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation
I try to do:
Phase 1:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
SFC\Scannow

Phase 2:
Clean boot
Disable all Microsoft Services
Configure Windows Update Settings (allow Update automatically, and i try to disable the update as well)
allow (svchost.exe) file through firewall setting

Phase 3:
Update the BIOS

I did all these solutions But does not work, ANY SUGGESTION FOR FIX THE ISSUE

As @Josey Wales mentioned, we need your FULL system specs in as much detail as possible including the make/model of the device.. Also a screenshot of your disk management would be helpful.

Some folks have been able to manually do an inplace upgrade using the iso, but for others that method failed as well. Still others have had to clean install.. I was one of them.

That error has to do with permissions. Check to see if this situation applies to you.

Windows Key > search "users" > select Add, Edit, or Remove other users > on the left hand side select "Email & Accounts" > under "Accounts used by other apps" ensure that there is only ONE Microsoft account listed. If there is a duplicate MS account (i.e you see 2 of the same email listed) click on each > one of them will have a "manage" option and one will have a "manage" AND "remove" option > remove the one with the "remove" option

If that condition existed for you, once you remove the duplicate account, restart and try the upgrade again.

You still did not give full system specs. It appears to me that the 3040 has an incompatible cpu.

You still did not give full system specs. It appears to me that the 3040 has an incompatible cpu.

Glasskuter, i don't have any email or account for Microsoft, and i use the local admin user under administrator group policy. about the spesc already i use bypass win 11 to avoid requirement check. the problem is i did install win 11 for 6 pc already but last one i face the issue that mentioned upmost.

These error codes require log file scanning which takes time.

@anaskhawaldeh89 Let me explain how this works.
Log files are created when certain events happen in Windows. The log files are used to analyze the failing event as they can point to what caused the failure.

An upgrade failure is only one windows event that creates log files. Zbook is profficient at reading log files. That is why he is asking you to gather the required log files together. Put them all in a folder. Zip the folder. Upload the zipped folder to any cloud provider and post a shared link to that cloud folder in this thread so he can access the files and analyze them.
