Solved Windows 22H2 Release Preview Channel

For the last few updates in the Windows 22H2 RP Channel one of the following occurs

- MS releases the same new build to RP & Public Channels on the same date - KB5002004 Build 22621.900 on 29th November,
- MS RP & Beta Channels are playing 'leap frog' in build numbers.

Can someone explain to me what is going on?

The reason for leap frogging is to allow users to richly experience a seamless interaction with the operating interface regardless of the inline app focus, whilst interacting at a user level with the underlying management interface.

Of course, that is entire bollards and the sort of reply MS gives. In short, nobody has any idea.
