Windows 23h2 file explorer rolled back after update

Hi all

I initially had issues installing the 23h2 feature update and I decided to reinstall windows with the windows 11 ISO which I downloaded this week.

Install went fine and the feature update installed perfectly. However today when booted up I was prompted restart for a Windows Configuration Update and I now find that the file explorer has reverted back to previous older version.

What gives microsoft!

I've seen this 'fix'(?) prior to installing 23h2, however this seems to be bug following a windows configuration update and I would prefer it if microsoft would fix this file explorer rollback issue.

I would like to know if anyone else has had a problem with file explorer post 23h2.

I have found the solution. Reset all the changes you made with vivetool with the following command and restart the computer:
Batch: 
vivetool /fullreset

I have the same problem and even though I never used vivetool to mess with explorer settings before, using vivetool /fullreset solved my problem.

I have the exactly same problem and it just can be temporary fixed by vivetool /fullreset, after reboot it works, BUT the Windows Update immediately pushes an update called "Windows Configuration update", then after reboot, the explorer back to the old one....
