Hello, so I’ve been working with a few people. In Italy in making my custom windows come true. But today I bring to you
The windows 7 login shell for windows 11.

Sorry for the poor pictuer but it is indeed real. It has a few bugs but where working on getting them to come out.

I don't know why you felt compelled to do it but hats off to you.
A few bugs at login sound worrisome to me...

You can just use that logon pic, disable Lock Screen and set that background as the login background image all in win 11 natively... no win 7 shell necessary
