Solved Windows HDR + Night Light Mode = Pulsating glitch

Hello.
When I have both enabled and evening comes and Night Mode activates, I get a slow pulse of blue tinting of the entire screen whenever I move the cursor or move windows across the desktop. Please help. Thanks.

First thing I did whne this happened. Included Restarting the system. And turning off and on the PC.

That’s been an issue since at least 4 years ago. Even was in Win 10
