Solved Windows processes bring them self to front on their own

Has anyone of you noticed various processes bring them self to front on their own?

For instance you search something in regedit and Windows explorer bring itself to front (but was opened and was behind regedit) (lower in Z-order)

I've noticed this issue so far with windows explorer and windows terminal.
Just want to know if other users had noticed this and if there is a workaround?

Probably also worth mentioning for depcting purposes, recall how UAC fails to bring itself to front when needed but instead does not show,
only a flushing icon on taskbar is visible.
This is however different in that windows go to front without clicking them on taskbar.

It's been a known issue for some users for a while. There are numerous reports in the feedback hub. Microsoft's official response there is:
"Thanks for taking the time to reach out about this - we've been investigating this issue, and have made a change with Dev Channel Build 23403 and Canary Channel Build 25309 which should help with this. If you are on one of those channels and seeing those issues, please file a new piece of feedback to let us know"

Thanks, I'm too lazy to investigate when will these builds be available in windows updates.

Only MS knows when the release version will get the updates. It will probably depend on the feedback they get from users in both those insider rings where it is being tested. FYI this issue must not affect everyone. I've not see it on my machine. Maybe others will jump in and say whether they experience it or not and what version they are running.
