Inspite of having a decent system windows 11 is running very sluggish and at times I feel the performance is very slow I re-installed windows 11 twice and the drivers maybe I am missing out on something .. I dunno even when rendering on 4K using premiere it just does not use up enough cores like it used to on windows 10 .. do I need to revert back because windows 11 is not optimized for my processor
