Hola, los iconos de la pantalla de windows no abren, los tengo que abrir por FILE EXPLORER y al abrirlo por este medio no tengo poderes de administrador.

Les agradeceré me comenten la forma de poder solucionar dicho error.

For a test, your desktop icons are located in C:\Users\YOURNAMEHERE\Desktop, try double-clicking one of those, should open a program. Most of the icons are shortcuts to actual executable/.exe file to run the program as you have mentioned using. Might check this Tutorial about the icon cache:
