Hello everyone,
I installed on the PC the build 22621.525 of 22H2 I state that with the previous version I did not have this problem.
When I click on "Open windows security" this blank window
I tried with:
1.
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
then
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
Nothing
2.
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v "DisableAntiSpyware" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v "DisableAntiSpyware" /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
Nothing
3. I also tried uninstalling recent updates
Nothing
4. I performed a clean boot but the problem persisted

5. I've done:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
wsreset.exe
powershell "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}"
for %i in (%windir%\\system32\\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %i
Nothing
6. Finally I did an in place reinstall of Win 11 without antivirus e
Nothing
Everything as before, the problem persists.
As far as SecurityHealthService.exe is concerned, this is the situation
If I go to the Services it tells me that SecurityHealthService.exe is stopped and if I try to start it it gives me this message and it does not start. (obviously I have the message in Italian but I found this image with the same error in English)
I'm going crazy, anyone who has a solution that doesn't mean formatting the HDD?
