As of November 1, 2024, Windows Server 2025 is now generally available starting with build 26100.1742. It delivers security advancements and new hybrid cloud capabilities in a high performing, AI-capable platform. Windows Server 2025 is Microsoft’s latest Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) release for Windows Server. To download a free 180-day evaluation, visit the Microsoft Evaluation Center.

Hi folks
Don't forget you can get a FREE 180 day trialof this (plus the rearm thing allows a few more extensions) so if you want to "Play" or learn about Windows server editions - it's a good way to go.

Unlike previous versions - this one works, is really fat and worth a trial if you are in any sort of situation where you need / want to experience Windows server editions without having access to corporate finances!!!.

I has a couple where openssh wouldn't work and couldn't get windows defender / security to display -- said "need another app to open this".

May have been server 2023 LTSC.

Anyway this one works perfectly.
