Windows Spy Blocker out of date?

Windows Spy Blocker has not updated in a year. Is this set of firewall rules still valid, or is there a more recently updated option that better prevents unneeded data farming from the OS?

AFAIK it's still good. I say this knowing that NextDNS includes a version of it as one of their optional, built-in block lists. It seems he updates yearly more or less, and he updates other details more often. I'm still using it in W11 Firewall.
