Today we are shipping an update for Windows Subsystem for Android™ on Windows 11 to all Windows Insider channels. This update (2211.40000.11.0) will update WSA to Android 13, general reliability, and performance.

I gave up using this due to the pathetic subset of apps available from the Amazon appstore (not even full appstore).

I did find ways of hacking it to use google playstore but it was convoluted and breaks each time there is a WSA update.

I could sideload apks from 3rd party apk sites but a fair amount of hassle.

Does a user now have access to the full Amazon appstore now?

Installed on the laptop but wsa still won't start (Home, 22H2). Works as usual on desktop (Pro, 21H2).

I do have the moon+reader pro running OK as my preferred epub reader; really would like to have MR running on the 2in1 laptop.
