Solved Windows Update changed my task bar settings?

I'm confused too because it looks like you're using W10 taskbar, so what tools are you using to modify your start menu and taskbar? It seems to me that your tweaking is the culprit, aside from what Windows update may have done to your setup.

My "tweaking" "Classic Shell - Start menu and other Windows enhancements" is how I fixed my start menu, which was also messed up. It's all those strange icons in the lower right that are driving me nuts. BTW, those icons were there as shown in my screen shot before and after I used classic shell. :)

You can get rid of the ENG US thing by following this tutorial carefully:

As for the monitor screen and the speaker, the one indicates that you are connected to your router by Ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi, and the other indicates how high you've set your sound playback level. I'm not sure you can get rid of either of those.

Looks as though you skipped a step. Start again and this time check Use the Language bar when it's available. then click the other things again. That's why I said "carefully" above.

COOL! That worked perfectly! I misunderstood the step "use desktop language bar when available". Usually you uncheck the box when you want to delete something. lol
Now I just need to remove the "notifications bell icon" the sound icon and the network internet access icon.

I wish you good luck with getting rid of the bell, the monitor, and the speaker. I don't think it can be done. They control your access to the Notification Center, your network and Internet settings, and your volume control, respectively.

That tray can only become so cluttered and still serve its purpose. Look at mine:
