I am on Windows 11 Home.

I NEVER even check Windows Updates with.... Windows Updates.

I use WAU Manager to check for updates and I use this registry tweak to block driver updates.
How to turn off driver updates in Windows Update in Windows 10

So far... I haven't gotten any driver updates.

WAU Manager: WAU Manager

When you check for Windows Updates with WAU Manager, it lists all the updates it finds, but only installs the ones you check mark.

/edit

Here is the tutorial to Enable/disable Windows Updates. It's for Windows 10... you have to experiment some.

Enable or Disable Windows Update Automatic Updates in Windows 10

Best thing you can do is use backup software, like Macrium Reflect or AOMEI Backupper, both free.
With a recent full OS image backup...you can reverse anything.

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 13 years?
Not the first for 11 but the second or possibly even the third. According to most here,

the v30 from WU is performing better than the current releases directly from AMD (v27 and v30) on both Windows 10 and 11. One small thing with the v30 driver is that it enables the new WDDM 3.0.

I install last AMD driver (for win10) beta from https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/...e-processors-radeon-vega-graphics/amd-ryzen-5
but Windows 11 updater overwrite it.
Driver by Microsoft seems newer

Last beta from AMD site was 7 july and was version 20 ..., this is 15 july and is version 30.0.13...
Can be first AMD driver for win11? I don't find any info about this driver at the moment

The same thing happened to me - updated the driver, then updated to Windows 11, and Windows overwrote it.

There is a way to prevent drivers from being updated in Windows 10, but I've not yet checked for that setting in 11. To be honest, I'd be highly surprised if that setting isn't there.

Anyway, here's the Windows 10 tutorial for disabling driver updates- Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10. This (will) definitely stop Windows from updating your GPU drivers - at least on Windows 10.

    This is my backup system.
Many thanks for the help, I know WAU Manager but I thought those kind of app doesn't work on Win11. I was using WUMT (WinUpdateMiniTool) provided on TenForum because WAUManager does't hide some update. Using Windows Home I have not Group Policy and WAU Manager install it if I remember well, but or use this added Group Policy or use the registry trick, better not mix the two way.
Probably I try WUMT again to see if it works.

I have some backup (using Redo since win7 and it work perfectly fine when needed, I like it better than Macrium because doesn't need program install but only a old 1GB Usb pendrive) so I revert back.

Thanks stormy13, My system is slim (13 GB or so and I disable all unwanted and useless things) and after WinUpdate install the new AMD driver my system was 16 GB, hum .. no thanks... now I try to donwload and install it not via WinUpdate but myself. I'm used to install simply the driver without Adrenalin things, I'm reading guru3D forum and I will made some test, thanks

UPDATE: As expected, AMD UWP Driver installed by me and not via WindowsUpdater works fine and I still have a slim system Less than 14 GB occuped.
