You should still be able to successfully "upgrade" with the ISO file, except it will just be what we call an in-place repair install. There is something wrong with your system and future Windows Updates will likely fail.

I would run system repair and scan:

Code:
dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
sfc /scannow

Also, check out Windows Update troubleshooting:

Is that as a result of stopping Preview builds? Does anything happen if you then go to Windows update?

I'm leaving mine on Beta for the moment as it's 194 and the same as the release version.

Microsoft has released a method to update to Windows 11 on machines that do not pass their criteria. The don't say whether future updates will flow smoothly, nor do they say they won't. Ways to install Windows 11

Agreed, but something appears to have gone as he was an Insider in post 5 albeit with an odd looking screen and now appears to have dropped out.
See post #10.

WHAT does it Mean?>

If I have indeed accidentally dropped out of Insider Preview How do I get back in?.

As for email address, look in the upper left corner of your screenshot in post #10. You need to reboot your computer and then we need to see the insider screen from Windows Update settings as shown as the bottom screenshot in my post #13. Yes, I have had the red circle and white x before. I exited the insider program and cleared everything up. First question is, why do want to get back into the insider program?

Why do you want to be in it? Is it exclusive?.
I build, repair, and upgrade PCs and Laptops and like to keep up to date.
And that question Has nothing to do with the problem I have at present.
