I've never tried this program. But I've seen a LOT of posts asking how to change this or that color, etc., of the Windows GUI.
This may come in handy.
Let me know how it works. If I get enough positive responses, I'll add it to the Windows 11 Tweaks Leader Board.

Hi,
Tried it a little the other day it seems okay 11 still messes with the colors applied
Guessing there just isn't a banner color on light mode in settings app
Also think start menu color has a mind of it's own

It is free for the first 100 days and then costs around £4 for a lifetime licence. I have installed it and it seems to do the trick but I am still in the early stages of using it. It allows disabling the Mica effect and allowing colours to be changed.
