WMP (Legacy) Snapping in 22H2

Hi forum,

After updating to 22H2, WMP Legacy has a snap window problem. Does anybody have this problem? I think MS is killing WMP!

Thanks for SS. I noticed you have that rubbish "Snap Layout" guide enabled. Mine is disabled.

What is wrong with 22H2?! I don't like that guide, appearing layout guide whenever I hover over control buttons (Maximize, Minimize, Close).

the MPC-BE yes rocks and its a video player mate so for video it does, i talked for music player above... :wink:

VLC also had an unsuccessful update recently, version 4 was supposed to be released in 2021 (December)! Some of its updates have many bugs.

AIMP is a total love! (the skin i made with the power skin engine it has!)
I use mpc-be too and i stream videos with no issues at all! using latest version with mpc-vr too

I uninstalled and reinstalled WMP. The problem is somehow solved, but the Library mode has snapping problem again!

Nice Job :thumbsup: . I need that "Wave Form" option in skins (that's very important for me). There are not a lot of skins that support the feature. One of the first and best ones is Bliss 4K. I don't know why some of the skins don't support vivid colour! They look like you convert their RGB colour to CMYK!!! Why they adding an extra matt layer on colours?!

I don't know why some of the skins don't support vivid colour! They look like you convert their RGB colour to CMYK!!! Why they adding an extra matt layer on colours?!

well the skin editor make wonders try it my friend and see what you can do! its easy to add waveform seekbar anywhere! :P

foobar was good at WinXP times..... and a bit of Vista then apps have evolve from UI perspective and functionality

That's just what I like about foobar's simplicity, all I need to see is what I'm playing, playlists and view and load music via folder structure.

Foobar -> I never used.

I am an old user of AIMP! I don't like to hop from one app to another app. I was waitong to see what MS is doing with the new WMP. Finally I decided to stay with my two 💓 audio players, WMP Legacy (!!) and AIMP. New WMP is a piece of :sick:..

i know what you wanna say, but look old and the quality of the app feels 80s.... have you even tried AIMP? i know the dev plus they have t he best support! you find a problem and they fix it instatly!

i was sure! old style skin... but AIMP doesnt have bells and whistlest its powerfull if you can dig into it!
