word ribbon addin setting missing

Hello.I have microsoft 365.By chance reading an article at mathtype site i saw a screenshot with word ribbon and appears an ''addins'' icon.This setting is not appears to my ribbon.Why?

Built-In Add-Ins tab not displaying on the Ribbon of MS WORD 2010/2013

Or, you could pin the add-ins to the Quick Access Toolbar, much quicker access...
